The Pro-Lite PBS Galileo frames are 100% carbon fibre construction.
This means that there are no alloy lugs used in the construction and then hidden.
Many brands claim their frame is monocoque. In fact they are alloy lugged frames with the joints inside the tubes with material wrapped over the joint to hide it. The beauty of the Galileo frame is that it employs all the strength features of a lugged frame, without the weakness problems of a one piece monocoque frame. We join the frame using our own precision made carbon lugs and tubing.

The BH RX1 takes all the lessons that BH has learned from the production of their road racing bicycles and crosses them with some off-road DNA to create a race machine worthy of World Cup cyclocross competition. It has a few key details like a top tube with a flattened underside and cables that route internally to make it more comfortable to shoulder the bike and tackle steep run-ups. After all, the steeplechase of cycling is plenty arduous; no need to cause yourself any more pain than necessary. The attention to detail doesn't stop at high performance. BH includes cable tension adjusters for these internally routed cables, and this makes maintenance easy and convenient. The RX1 frame and fork are both constructed as monocoque structures. This means that they're each laid up in the mold as a one-piece unit. This process ensures uniformity in the tubes and through the intersections, and it allows their designers the freedom to create whatever tube shapes they like, such as the easy-to-shoulder top tube. The internal routing eliminates any potential for abrasion or a pulled cable and the resultant mis-shift as you remount the bike and pedal away. Like the G5 road racer, the RX1 'cross frame uses a Pressfit 30 bottom bracket. This bottom bracket standard uses a full carbon shell that has a 68mm width and a 46mm inside diameter. The large diameter shell allows the intersection of a huge down tube that adds stiffness to the bottom bracket area so that it responds instantaneously to every stomp of the pedals. Another benefit of the Pressfit 30 system is that you'll enjoy greater heel and ankle clearance if you opt for a BB30 crankset, not to mention the added torsional stiffness of the 30mm crank spindle. The RX1 relies on time-honored and proven cantilever style brakes, with mounts on the seatstays and fork legs. Both locations feature studs with multiple holes for the capture of the torsion spring tab.

The classic cross-country platform has been muddled over the years, influenced by ever-tweaking racers who demand reduced weight over anything, and almost forgotten about due to 'epic' all-mountain flavored marketing. Thankfully Yeti expresses its dedication to one of the most enjoyable and rewarding sects of off-road riding by offering the ASR-5 with Fox Float CTD. No, it's not a race bike; that's left to the ASR Carbon, it's the bike designed to get around your favorite trails reliably, efficiently, and most importantly -- with enthusiasm. Added to your stable, the 127mm travel AS-R 5 will be a relentlessly happy, tail-wagging companion. It's designed to run forks in the 120 - 140mm range -- depending on the handling characteristics you wish to favor. In the 120mm range, you'll experience a bike that's planted in the turns and grounded on climbs. With a longer fork, the descents become less dicey, but the front end will wander when gaining elevation. For the best of both worlds, we'd equip the AS-R 5 with a travel-adjustable fork. Stiff and lightweight, the alloy front triangle sports a tapered headtube to provide a solid platform for the suspension to work. The low-slung top tube allows plenty of standover clearance, and acts as a sturdy attachment point for the Fox Float CTD shock with the simple-to-use Climb, Trail, Descend damping system. For the rear triangle, Yeti employs carbon fiber. The whole unit is molded as one piece with massive chainstays -- defining its lightweight and flex-free behavior. The dropouts feature Yeti's Chips System, so the rear spacing can be changed to run either 135mm or 142mm. All of the suspension pivots house sealed cartridge bearings for a smooth ride and titanium pivot hardware is used to shave weight. The AS-R 5 comes with cable guides for a dropper post, and fits 30.9mm diameter seatposts. It requires a 34.9mm traditional bottom-pull front derailleur and uses a standard 73mm BB shell.
The Eastern Nightrain MTB frame is the ultimate chromoly dirt jump frame. Its 21.65" top tube fits a wide variety of riders, and its short chainstay makes manuals and hops a breeze.

The Lucero is a full-carbon, fully triathlon-specific frameset from the tri wizards at Quintana Roo. Full carbon makes it stiff and light, and every surface of the hand-laid carbon tubing has been dialed for optimal straight-line aerodynamics. If you can feel the podium hovering just beyond your grasp, the Lucero could be the extra push that puts it within reach.
Product Features
In its debut Tour de France, AG2R's Rinaldo Nocentini rode the BH G5 into the yellow jersey on that Tour's longest stage and highest finish, at Andorra Arcalis. He held the jersey through the next two Pyrenean stages, over the massive Col de Tourmalet, and through a handful of nervous transitional stages across the heart of France. The significance of this is that his ride to the top of the classification exemplifies the qualities of the G5 - long distance comfort, light weight, and sharp handling.BH built the G5 upon the foundation set by the G4, a bike legendary among climbing specialists. What was already a groundbreaking frame design, with its extended seat mast, the G4 was improved upon by careful examination of the carbon lay-up. Chris Cocalis, the man who brought you Titus and, more recently, Pivot Cycles, is the driving force behind BH USA. He is known for his nearly fanatical obsession with testing, and his engineering team strived to tune the ride and to optimize the lay-up of the existing bike. The result is the G5, a frameset that delivers twice the stiffness in the bottom bracket area and a 170% improvement in stiffness in the head tube. Amazingly, these improvements came without any increase in weight. The G5 frame and fork are constructed as monocoques. That is to say that they're each built as one structural unit, with the composite material laid into a mold and formed in one piece. This process ensures uniformity in the lay-up, but it also allows their designers the freedom to create complex tube shapes, such as the down tube on the G5. It's one of the most striking details of the bike. What you'll notice is a channel on the underside. Aesthetically it serves to hide the cables from view, and for this clean look you won't suffer the added few grams regularly associated with internal routing.

Perfection would almost intimate a stasis. Whatever is truly perfect would have to be the last form of an evolutionary process. We know that this is just not possible with the current pace of technological advancements. However, at the moment there are a number of bicycles that must surely be nearing the top of the pinnacle. The BH Ultralight is one of those that deserve the distinction. Its performance is only overshadowed by its contempt for the traditions of the scale. As the name would imply, the Ultralight is just that. In a painted 54cm version, the frame weighs a mere 747 grams.Of course, light weight is nothing without performance. And who hasn't witnessed the laughable show bikes that simply aren't rideable as a normal road bike. Chris Cocalis of BH USA made the goals for the Ultralight very clear - make it the stiffest and lightest road racing frameset on the market. With a defined concept, BH was able to make the Ultralight just that by utilizing a number of key elements. These are the BB386 bottom bracket, their Formula 1 spec high modulus carbon fiber blend, and proprietary molding techniques. You might be wondering how the bottom bracket could relate to the performance of the bike. At 86mm in width, it shares that same dimension with a standard pressfit (BB86) bottom bracket. The benefit with either is that the shell has the real estate to accommodate larger diameter down and seat tubes. As the cross-section of a tube increases, so does the torsional stiffness for any given wall thickness. The difference between the two standards has to do with the inside diameter. Where a BB86 has a 37mm ID, the BB386 has a 46mm ID. And the reason that BB386 is superior to BB86 is that it allows the use of the newer cranksets with 30mm alloy spindles. They are roughly 40-50 grams lighter than their steel spindled 24mm counterparts in addition to offering greater torsional stiffness. The BH Ultralight is molded as a monocoque including ultra-high modulus carbon fibers.

'The Dreamliner (4X/Slopestyle frame) is my favorite bike in the Diamondback line up, Its quick and snappy in the turns and fly's predictably and smooth. The geometry works well for my style of riding, whether that be two, one, or zero wheels on the ground'' Kelly McGarry DF5 Pro Factory Team Rider It's a weapon… there's no two ways around it. If your battle is a slopestyle comp, a 4X or dual slalom course or just general all around slaying, then you need a badass whip for the game partner. and this here just might be that rig. The 4X/Slopestyle frame is a 4" travel 6061-T6 Weapons Grade Aluminum piece of art. with a hydroformed Top Tube, a butted and formed down tube and seatstay; An under arch seatstay bridge,a tapered head tube, ISCG05 tabs, a 142×12mm e-thru axle drop out and Diamondbacks legendary Knuckle Box design. Diamondback's Design Philosophy is a no-nonsense approach to building quality bicycles. We want our bike designs to be straightforward: their hardware accessible and their suspension simple. The Knuckle Box, or bell crank, is the core of our single-pivot four-bar suspension platform. Optimally placed pivots equate to a low leverage ratio, and ultimately to superior pedaling efficiency and small-bump compliance. This also allows the shock to work more efficiently and reduces pedal induced motion. It also reduces overall load on the system which will lead to improved shock and bearing life. Placing the Knuckle Box low within the frame, situates the greatest weight of the bike closer to the bottom bracket, which lowers the bike's center of gravity and allows it to better track and corner. Wheel-rate is also one of the most significant aspects of a suspension system.
